Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive the package, you must take a video before opening it and continue recording throughout the unboxing process. This ensures that any damage or defects are properly documented.

Your claim must include:
- A full, unedited video showing the package before opening and the entire unboxing process.
- Clear photos of any damage or defects, along with the packaging.
We will review the evidence and, if approved, offer a replacement if applicable. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
